Deep in the heart of Doomsday Mountain, where the heat of flame saturates the air, dense as the very magma from which it erupts, lies the Dark Lord's forge: Sammath Naur.

Here, in the rifts of Osanda, Sauron wove his dark magic to create a weapon from the fires of the earth itself - a weapon meant to dominate all of Middle-earth.
